Samia leads B Street HQ’s construction and facilities contract management practice and is accountable for delivery standards, client relationships, contract strategy, and team performance.

She brings more than 17 years of acquisition, procurement, and contract management experience across federal civil service, consulting, and professional-services subcontracting environments. A former Department of Defense 1102 acquisition professional, Samia holds DAWIA Level III certification in Contracting and OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety training.

Her leadership model is built around qualified professionals, documented delivery standards, technology-enabled workflows, and clear executive accountability.

Chris leads B Street HQ’s internal operations, workforce coordination, logistics planning, and execution support.

This multidisciplinary experience brings a practical understanding of how people, schedules, vendors, physical resources, transportation requirements, and operating data work together.
