Samia Bingham is the Founder and President of B Street HQ, where she leads asset readiness, activation, and ongoing operations on behalf of property owners, agencies, and institutions responsible for asset performance.

With over a decade of experience spanning government contracting, asset operations, and hospitality-driven environments, Samia brings an owner-aligned approach to complex spaces that require coordination, accountability, and long-term operational stability. Her work focuses on closing the gap between delivery and performance, ensuring spaces are not only brought online, but governed, utilized, and sustained over time.

Samia has held senior owner-aligned leadership and program execution roles across public and private sector environments, overseeing vendors, managing execution, and protecting ownership objectives in regulated, high-stakes settings.

Founder and Owner-Operator of Flavors Culinary Hub, a multi-use commercial asset led from planning and design through development, delivery, and ongoing management as a live proof-of-concept for full-lifecycle asset operations in a regulated environment.

Secured $500,000 in USDA funding to support facility activation and operational education initiatives.
